Can one engineer really replace a 3-person team?+

Sometimes. A senior full-stack engineer with AI tooling can match the velocity of 2-3 mid-level engineers on a greenfield product. For huge surface area (mobile + web + admin + ops), you still want a team. We'll be honest about what's realistic for your scope.

Do you ship backend-heavy systems too, or only frontend-leaning?+

Both. Roughly half our full-stack engineers lean backend (Node, Postgres, queues, infra) and half lean frontend (Next.js, Tailwind, animation, design). Tell us your weak spot and we'll match accordingly.

Can your engineers work in my time zone?+

Yes. All bench engineers commit to at least 4 hours overlap with your team. Most pick US East / UK / EU schedules. For West Coast US, we have engineers on a late shift earning a 15% overlap bonus. Dubai-based engineers cover Europe + EMEA naturally.

What if the engineer is not a fit?+

Free replacement inside the first 2 weeks. No reason needed. We re-shortlist from the bench within 48 hours and start the next engineer within a week. We track fit-failure rate publicly — it's 6% over the last 4 quarters.

Will the engineer own my code?+
