Roles & responsibilities
Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Create and maintain a talent pipeline to proactively address future hiring needs Draft engaging job descriptions and advertisements to attract suitable candidates Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with the organization's values. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify the most promising candidates for further assessment Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Facilitate interview debrief meetings and provide valuable feedback to hiring managers. Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and feedback. Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Promote the organization's employer brand and values to prospective candidates. Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice within the industry. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to negotiate job offers with selected candidates. Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and related paperwork Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Generate recruitment reports and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment efforts. Provide regular updates to HR and hiring managers on the status of open positions.
Skill And Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or uivalent experience). Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling various positions. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build report with candidates and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
