Proposed Automation Solution
We propose deploying two AI-powered agents designed to fully automate and optimize the lead management and outreach workflow. The Lead Enrichment Agent will automatically validate and enhance lead data from various trusted sources, such as Apollo and Clay, before synchronizing it with Hubspot and flagging incomplete records for review. The Email & Follow-up Agent will leverage AI to generate personalized outreach emails, send them via Gmail, and manage a 7-step automated follow-up sequence through InboxPlus, which stops once a reply is received. The solution also utilizes n8n Cloud for workflow orchestration and OpenAI for content personalization, ensuring a seamless, accurate, and efficient end-to-end campaign process.
