Pythia verbally delivers work instructions on demand, step-by-step, hands free, globally, and captures the time users spend on each step along with their continuous improvement feedback. Pythia uses an iOS or Android app, an off-the-shelf earphone or headphone, cloud services, and a conversational user interface. Users verbally request a workflow to perform, then begin hearing instructions within 1 second when using 5G devices on 5G networks.
With two patents granted and another patent pending, Pythia enables subject matter experts to manually and verbally create SOPs, on-the-fly, globally, in any language, while capturing the time and motions used to complete each step.
Challenges
Our team at iTechNotion has been involved in the development of Pythia, a wifi-based earphone and its accompanying mobile app. The app is voice-controlled and allows for speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionality with multilingual capabilities. The backend infrastructure for Pythia has been built using Microservices architecture, which ensures scalability and flexibility. The earphone has been designed with a focus on providing quick response to users for any process request. Additionally, the mobile app has been designed with a user-friendly interface and various features such as voice commands and language support.
