Do your designers also write code?+

Some do. 4 of our 9 designers ship in Webflow or Framer. 2 contribute Storybook stories and Tailwind tokens directly. The rest hand off in Figma but pair with engineers in PR review. We match the designer to your handoff style.

Can you do brand work, or only product UI?+

Both. Two designers on the bench specialise in brand identity work (logo systems, type, motion, naming). Most engagements start with brand if it's missing and then build product UI on top — cohesive from the start.

Can your engineers work in my time zone?+

Yes. All bench engineers commit to at least 4 hours overlap with your team. Most pick US East / UK / EU schedules. For West Coast US, we have engineers on a late shift earning a 15% overlap bonus. Dubai-based engineers cover Europe + EMEA naturally.

What if the engineer is not a fit?+

Free replacement inside the first 2 weeks. No reason needed. We re-shortlist from the bench within 48 hours and start the next engineer within a week. We track fit-failure rate publicly — it's 6% over the last 4 quarters.

Will the engineer own my code?+

No. We sign IP assignment before any code is written. You own every line. Engineers carry skills and learnings forward, not your code or your designs. Standard MSA + DPA available on request.
