Roles & responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and analyze market trends,competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business expansion. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers
Build and maintain strategic partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry influencers, and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint business initiatives and leverage synergies to drive growth
Sales and revenue generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify potential clients, conduct presentations and pitches, negotiate contracts,and close deals. Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement corrective actions when necessary
Client relationship management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize repeat business. Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing strategic guidance and offering innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs
Market intelligence and competitive analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and provide insights to internal teams for product/service enhancements and development.
Team collaboration and leadership: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing,product development, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall organizational objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Reporting and analysis: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate business development progress sales performance, and market insights to senior management. Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and recommend improvements
Skill And Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behavior.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
